At **Eligen Fertility Center**, a fertility-specialized clinic providing comprehensive care to our patients, we are seeking a committed, responsible, and technically experienced **Maintenance Assistant** to join our team and support the upkeep of our facilities in optimal condition. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with general maintenance and construction activities. * Inspect and repair **plumbing and water systems**. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on clinic equipment and facilities. * Monitor and manage **security cameras and alarm systems**. * Identify and report technical faults within the facilities. * Provide support for various maintenance tasks as required by the clinic. **Requirements** * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in general maintenance. * Basic knowledge of: **plumbing, construction, electricity, security camera inspection, and alarm systems**. * Residence near the clinic (preferred). * Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented. **We Offer** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
