




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for telephone analysis and statistics, query development, process monitoring, and Service Desk support for telecommunications management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis and statistics of telephone usage. 2. Query development and process monitoring. 3. Service Desk support for telecommunications applications. Mandatory Requirement: ADVANCED EXCEL (creation of pivot tables, tables, database-focused usage \*) English \- (Preferred) Responsibilities: Analysis and statistics related to telephone usage. Query development and process monitoring. Knowledge of software architecture and databases. Ability to work under pressure to ensure timely project delivery. Service Desk (help desk) support for applications/software focused on administration and management of telecommunications expenses. Registration, classification, and tracking of incidents and requests until resolution. (Trouble Ticket System). Knowledge: Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming techniques using (JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, Ajax, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3). Intermediate knowledge of database administration (MySQL and SQL). Desired knowledge: jQuery, Bootstrap, ADOBE SUITE. Knowledge of IT, networks, telephony, communications, software, and hardware. Skills: Analytical ability. Attention to detail. Verbal and written communication with clients. Excellent attitude, teamwork, proactive approach, and commitment. Ability to work under pressure and toward objectives. Professional appearance.
