Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to analyze, monitor, and supervise infrastructure projects, manage materials, and coordinate field teams. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of field work teams * **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and review infrastructure projects; * Monitor and supervise execution stages including earthworks, drainage, paving, etc.; * Measure and control materials used; * Support planning of resources, supplies, and equipment; * Issue progress reports and construction tracking reports; * Coordinate field work teams. * **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in earthworks and paving (asphalt and/or concrete); * Knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Sienge, MS Project) and drafting software (e.g., CAD); * Availability for full-time field work, including night shifts. * **Skills:** * Team leadership; * Strong interpersonal communication; * Problem-solving skills; * Ability to read blueprints; * Proficiency in paving technical standards.
