You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to protect critical data and systems—apply now to play a pivotal role in our security evolution. **Responsibilities** * Architect scalable and high\-performance IAM security solutions * Direct the development and implementation of comprehensive security strategies * Ensure integration of technologies meets established security standards and policies * Partner with business units to synchronize security measures with organizational goals * Guide and coach team members on security best practices * Formulate and oversee policies for all supported security solutions * Stay informed about latest advancements and issues in security technologies * Investigate and resolve advanced security incidents * Define and implement long\-term IAM roadmaps and strategies * Administer and improve authentication and federation platforms * Guarantee system and application security across varied environments **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience with Ping AIC, ACI, PingOne Protect and Verify * Hands\-on expertise in JavaScript, Java, or Python * Solid knowledge of Active Directory (AD) or other LDAP Directory Services * In\-depth understanding of intrusion detection, security policy development, and OS hardening * Proficient in SSO, Federation (SAML/OIDC), MFA, and PKI * Clear familiarity with identity management principles and cloud\-based services * Basic comprehension of device authentication processes * Proven leadership and mentoring skills in implementing security best practices * Track record of creating sustainable strategies for enterprise security systems * Exceptional analytical thinking and problem\-solving capabilities * Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills * Capacity to operate autonomously with minimal guidance * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) English proficiency **Nice to have** * Background with a wider range of IAM solutions * Practical experience using HashiCorp Vault * Understanding of BeyondTrust PowerBroker * Skill in tracing and logging security incidents * Ability to troubleshoot security tools in real time
