You will work alongside a passionate and committed team, sharing knowledge and creating sweet experiences for our customers. **OPENING:** Junior Inventory Auditor **Position objective:** Ensure the accuracy and reliability of physical and system-recorded inventories across all branches and warehouses through periodic audits that identify discrepancies, losses, administrative errors, and poor operational practices. **Functions/activities:** * Physical audits \- Conduct scheduled and random physical counts at branches and warehouses.\- Verify actual vs. system inventory and document differences. * Document review: \- Validate records of entries, exits, inter-store transfers, shrinkage, and returns.\- Detect administrative errors, shortages, or potential discrepancies. * Reporting: \- Prepare findings reports with evidence and recommendations. Follow up on corrections and improvements in inventory processes. Provide feedback to branch managers and floor staff. Propose improvements in inventory control processes. Conduct surprise or extraordinary inventories as needed. Monitor compliance with merchandise custody and handling policies. **Requirements:** * 1 to 2 years of experience in physical and administrative inventory auditing, preferably in the retail sector. * Experience with warehouse management, shrinkage control, inventory variances, cycle counts, and surprise audits. * Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Skills:** * Inventory counting methods (physical, cycle, rotating). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas). * Experience using ERP or inventory software (preferred: SAP, CONTPAQi, Adminpaq, etc.). * Basic knowledge of product rotation and expiration dates. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and in the field. * Honesty and integrity. * Organization and planning. * Numerical analysis. * Effective communication and process-oriented mindset. **We offer:** * Salary of 10,000.00 (MXN) - 12,000.00 (MXN) net per month. * Weekly pay. * Statutory benefits. * Work uniforms and equipment. * Store discounts. * Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch).
