Due to growth, we are hiring experienced Monitoring Operators in the passenger transportation industry!!!!! Job Objective Monitor transportation vehicles in real time using GPS and technological platforms to ensure route compliance. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Monitor vehicles via GPS systems * Verify compliance with scheduled routes and timetables. * Detect route deviations, unauthorized stops, or speeding. * Maintain constant communication with drivers. * Report incidents (accidents, mechanical failures, delays, hazardous situations). * Prepare daily operational reports. * Activate emergency protocols when necessary. * Record incidents in digital or physical logs. * Coordinate support in case of contingencies. * Validate pre-departure and post-arrival checklists for vehicles. **Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience in GPS monitoring, logistics, or similar roles. * Experience in passenger transportation. **Technical Skills** * Computer proficiency * Use of satellite tracking systems * Data entry * Excel proficiency Interested candidates may apply through this same channel.
