**JOB DESCRIPTION** **General Information** * Position: Delivery driver * Equipment: Mobile device * Department: Operations / Transportation / Distribution center * Reports to: Transportation manager / Transportation assistant * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am \- 7:00 pm / Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm * Distribution center: SMO * Salary: $11,000\.00 M.N (monthly) * Statutory benefits: Vacations / 20 days of Christmas bonus / Social security * Additional benefits: Punctuality and attendance bonus / $500\.00 M.N. Monthly (grocery voucher card) **Job Objective** * Timely, safe, and efficient delivery of products to customers or distribution points, following assigned routes and maintaining excellent customer service, as well as proper care and maintenance of the assigned vehicles. **Main Responsibilities** * Safely load and unload goods. * Verify that the goods match the route sheet and delivery documents. * Operate the assigned vehicle in compliance with traffic regulations and company policies. * Adhere to established delivery routes and schedules. * Obtain signatures, proof of delivery, or required documentation for each delivery. * Report any incidents or irregularities occurring during deliveries. * Keep the vehicle clean and in good operating condition. * Assist with other logistical tasks as needed.**POSITION PROFILE** **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school (preferred). * Valid driver's license (type \[B/E], depending on the vehicle). * Minimum experience of \[1\-2] years in delivery or driving light/heavy cargo vehicles. * Knowledge of local routes and GPS usage. * Ability to handle delivery documentation. * Good physical condition for loading and unloading (when required). **Skills and Competencies** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Customer orientation. * Ability to work under pressure. * Honesty and discretion. * Good interpersonal skills. * Organizational and route planning ability.
