




Job Objective Support the delivery operator in loading, delivering, and unloading products, ensuring efficient customer service, proper product handling, and adherence to scheduled timelines and established procedures. Key Responsibilities * Assist with **loading and unloading** of products at the distribution center and delivery points. * Accompany the operator along the route, ensuring proper arrangement and handling of products. * Verify product quantities and conditions against delivery documents. * Deliver products to customers according to the assigned route. * Assist with collections and/or return of containers, as applicable. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the delivery vehicle. * Report incidents, shortages, or product damage. * Comply with **safety, hygiene, and quality** standards. * Provide appropriate customer service and conduct during deliveries. Requirements * Completed secondary education (preferred). * Minimum **6 months** of experience in delivery, warehouse, or similar physically demanding roles. * Availability for flexible hours and fieldwork. * Good physical condition for handling cargo. * Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team.
