Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Inventory Assistant, responsible for inventory control and management, data analysis, and daily reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and management through SAP 2. Analysis of inventory, transfer, and shrinkage data 3. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel and SAP B1 proficiency Mexican company dedicated to the marketing of Promotional Items We seek: **A dynamic individual for the position of ***Inventory Assistant*** ****Requirements:**** High school diploma or technical degree in accounting, administration, or related field. Proficiency in office software; **intermediate-to-advanced Excel** for information handling and data analysis. **SAP B1 proficiency** Experience in daily, monthly, and annual reporting ****Responsibilities:**** Ensure inventory control and management via SAP, generating daily reports on stock levels, movements, and warehouse receipts and shipments. FIFO (First-In, First-Out) control (receipts and shipments) Record and reconcile merchandise movements in SAP Conduct data analysis: inventories, transfers, shrinkage, etc. Carry out the cyclic inventory program to verify physical goods against system records Update movements in SAP Report merchandise discrepancies ****We Offer:**** Salary: $10,257 Gross Monthly Statutory benefits Biweekly payment Biweekly punctuality bonus Bimonthly productivity bonus, variable based on sales performance.
