Because only by working together in a culture where everyone thrives, can we build the world we all want to live in. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU:** Operational support (routing supervisor, delivery driver, warehouse assistant) You will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing delivery operations and customer pickup across different processes and shipping methods, ensuring shipment flow to achieve the required delivery time to destination at the lowest possible cost. **YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE:** * Ensure proper management of order deliveries, shipments, and returns, maintaining the highest product quality for delivery and correct documentation * Review the order flow from invoicing to dispatch * Analyze improvement opportunities in delivery flow (planned routes, shipping process, deliveries) * Report process improvement opportunities and develop related initiatives * Ensure proper handling and cash reconciliation of over-the-counter sales * Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace * Responsibility to open and close the warehouse * Build delivery routes, interact with applications to perform functions more effectively * Invoice settlement * Invoicing * Coordinate deliveries of incoming orders, followed by local delivery to regional customers * Last-mile shipping * Customer service, cleaning **WORK LOCATION:** Colima, Colima \- Industrial Park\- Street A\- Local 6A.
