Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: Java Technical Leader **Conversational English required** **Hybrid work arrangement (3 days remote, 2 days on-site)** **Position based in CDMX or GDL** The Java Technical Leader will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications and services. This role requires strong technical expertise in Java/J2EE, microservices architecture, and cloud implementation, along with leadership skills to guide an engineering team toward timely, high-quality deliveries. **Requirements:** **More than 10 years of experience** * Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC. * Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design. * Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). * Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB). * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven) and version control (Git). * Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). * Experience with caching mechanisms (Redis, Hazelcast). * Familiarity with AI-assisted programming tools (GitHub Copilot) and modern frameworks (LangChain). * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to lead technical discussions and drive end-to-end delivery. * Experience mentoring and managing small engineering teams. * Score of 80% or higher on programming assessment tests. * Passion for delivering defect-free code and meeting SLAs.
