Direct employment contract and above-legal statutory benefits (including Life Insurance). * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, with three shift options: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, and 9:00 AM–6:30 PM. * **Work location:** Polanco neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo. Four blocks from Polanco Metro Station. **What we’re looking for** * Over 2 years’ experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (graduated or final-year student). * 1–2 years’ experience administering payroll for 250–300 employees, including receipt, tracking, and review of payroll incidents; payroll review (Income Tax [ISR], IMSS contributions, INFONAVIT deductions); calculation and preparation of: ISN, FONACOT, IMSS variability, bonuses, occupational risk, vacation accruals, disability leave, etc. * 1–2 years’ experience in payroll settlements and severance payments, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), Profit Sharing (PTU), and loan calculations (INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, FONACOT). * 1–2 years’ experience in tax reconciliations: tax determination and filing, and employer-employee contribution reporting.
