




iMile Delivery is a courier/logistics company specializing in last-mile delivery for e-commerce, with operations in Mexico and other countries. Objective: Analyze, process, and interpret data generated by the company’s various systems to produce reports and analyses that support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement of operational processes. We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst. * Base salary: $15K monthly * Meal vouchers: $2,300 monthly * KPI bonus: $2,000 monthly * Statutory benefits * Flexible working hours (Monday–Saturday) Responsibilities: Provide data analysis, monitoring, and business intelligence to optimize iMile’s operational network, support strategic decision-making, and ensure availability of reliable information to drive company growth and efficiency. Responsibilities: * Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources. * Generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor results and departmental performance. * Develop dashboards and analytical tools to facilitate data visualization. * Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for operational improvement. * Support business units in interpreting results and analyzing information. * Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of handled data. * Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize data capture and utilization. * Collect, clean, and analyze operational data from the logistics network (branches, transportation, deliveries, returns, etc.). * Monitor logistics operational efficiency and performance: delivery times, incidents, resource utilization, etc. * Generate executive reports and dashboards showing current status, anomalies, trends, and improvement opportunities. Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Logistics, Data Science, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in data analysis, preferably within logistics or courier services. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced). * Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Macros, Tableau) — preferred. * Ability to extract, transform, and analyze operational data. * Knowledge of the logistics and courier industry is an advantage.
