ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS: o Manage the initiation, development, and closure of the failure action plan. o Track action plans arising from evaluations of currently installed equipment; responsible for activities related to engineering data collection, supplier coordination for detailed analysis, and execution preparation. o Prepare execution plans and assist in developing execution budgets based on previously processed detailed engineering data. o Assist in creating a Project Delivery Folder for each RBC Initiative, including (but not limited to) manuals, spare parts lists, diagrams, maintenance plans, and general machine information. o Conduct root cause analysis of failures jointly with involved technical teams; root cause analyses delivered by experts, factory technicians, operators, and maintenance teams. o Continuously prepare reports for RBC team leaders and managers. **FIELD FUNCTIONS:** o Guide current condition assessments of installed equipment, providing relevant information on design standards, criteria, and technical considerations to external experts or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and engineering teams conducting such assessments. o Inventory specific on-site systems, creating diagrams and a technical database for these systems. o Interaction with: \- Factory Technicians \- Maintenance Engineers, Analysts, Specialists, and Coordinators \- Central RBC Team Members \- Project Engineers \- Quality and Food Safety Team \- SHE Team o Develop engineering proposals and execution budgets for technical solutions. o Lead field execution of project-related activities to ensure full installation and functionality of the solution—or deviations from Quality standards—guaranteeing compliance with Quality, Food Safety, Personnel Safety, and delivery of the project without deviation from design standards. o Deliver and develop the deliverable folder containing designs, diagrams, manuals, and maintenance recommendations. o Lead field execution of RBC improvements—including equipment replacements, renovations, or modifications on site—ensuring compliance with SHE (Personnel Safety), Quality (Food Safety), and Installation Standards, both for Nestlé and for Mexico. **WE OFFER** **COMPETITIVE SALARY** **STATUTORY BENEFITS** **PROFESSIONAL AND SALARY GROWTH** **THANK YOU** Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $18,369.00 \- $21,369.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Workplace: On-site employment
