Overview: Recruiter: Daniel Chacon Reports to: Luis Gerardo Bravo Site: This position is available in Las Fuentes, Tlaquepaque **The role:** The Employee Technology Experience (ETE) Data Analyst II role is responsible for turning user \& infrastructure support data and technician's capacity data into insights and business decisions. The role is responsible for performing detailed analysis of user behavior, support KPIs and infrastructure maintenance information. The role will also be responsible for providing appropriate recommendations to GDTS ETE groups and stakeholders on the insights derived from data analytics. Job Qualifications: **Position Skills:*** Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong Excel and database skills. * Knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques * Advanced skills in Business Intelligence tools, Power BI preferred. * Knowledge of Collaboration tools like SharePoint and Teams. * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. * Strong interpersonal skills to build effective business relationships. * Acquire data from multiple data sources like SNOW, Fluid \& SharePoint for analysis. * Use appropriate data model techniques to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns to forecast future performance. * Analyze Americas ETE groups data to improve understanding of users support and infrastructure behavior and trends. * Locate and define new process improvement opportunities within ETE regions. * Present data findings to stakeholders and ETE management. * Support day to day data requests as required. * Test and audit the quality of data collected and work with the development teams to correct any inaccuracies and inconsistencies. * Help and guidance during internal data audits. **Education:*** Bachelor’s in Information Systems or similar careers that involve Data Analysis.
