CPFR Management (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment): Implement and manage collaborative planning models with customers and suppliers. Analyze sales, inventory, and demand forecast data to improve supply chain efficiency. Identify and prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Coordinate meetings with customers and internal teams to optimize demand planning. Generate reports and presentations containing findings and recommendations. Advanced Excel: Create and automate reports using pivot tables and advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, SUMIFS, among others). Develop forecasting and data analysis models in Excel. Build Excel dashboards for KPI visualization. Basic Power BI: Connect and transform data from various sources in Power BI. Create interactive dashboards with key visualizations. Configure basic DAX measures and calculated columns for analysis. Publish and share reports within the organization. Understand data modeling concepts in Power BI.
