Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in developing and managing unit prices, cost adjustments, and construction estimates. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to identify deviations from budgeted costs **Profile and Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** Civil Engineer or Architect (must hold degree and Professional License) Certifications validating experience in unit pricing **Experience** Minimum 2 years developing unit prices. **Technical Skills** · Develop additional unit prices (PU) identified by the estimation or supervision department · Perform cost adjustments within legal deadlines · Record authorized prices · Develop indirect cost and financing adjustments · Prepare estimates · Identify deviations from budgeted costs · Conduct physical surveys of extra work · Prepare reports or photographic documentation of completed work · Quote materials for extraordinary prices · Manage, reconcile, and authorize extraordinary prices · Knowledge of current construction regulations Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
