




Job Summary: Systems professional responsible for analyzing and resolving incidents, documenting requests, generating database queries, and escalating issues to ensure proper system functionality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis and resolution of system incidents. 2. Documentation and handling of user requests. 3. Generation of database queries and reports. Education – Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems or Information Technology Experience – 1 year of Transact-SQL programming experience Specific Knowledge – Intermediate SQL or MySQL, ITIL English Language – Basic (Technical and conversational) Responsibilities: Analyze information related to registered incidents to detect potential failures or errors, proposing process improvements to prevent major impacts Handle and document user-reported requests and incidents regarding systems, requesting complete information for prompt and timely diagnosis Handle tickets related to user profile issues to apply appropriate corrections, ensuring users receive the necessary tools to perform their duties Generate database queries using database tools to develop requested reports, enabling end users to access accurate information for decision-making Escalate to the relevant department in case of doubts regarding system policies or functionality, ensuring proper understanding, handling, and usage of systems Analyze recurring incidents to determine whether they stem from development issues, and if so, request resolution from Quality Control . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Knowledge: Database Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer, apoyo, support, soporte, db, bd, sql, db2, firebird, informix, interbase, oracle, postgresql, sqlserver
