Participate in continuous improvement projects (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) Position: **QUALITY ANALYST** **Purpose of the Position** Ensure the quality and safety of raw materials and products, guaranteeing compliance with technical specifications defined by the organization. Intervene in processes through data analysis and statistical solutions aimed at continuous improvement and increased customer satisfaction. Implement, maintain, and improve Quality Management Systems according to established standards and regulations, promoting operational excellence and a company-wide quality culture. **Main Responsibilities** Establish quality benchmarks and standards that products must meet. • Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials and finished products to verify compliance with standards. • Document inspection findings, defects, and improvement opportunities in detail to facilitate data-driven decision-making. • Collaborate closely with departments such as production, customer service, administration, human resources, shipping, maintenance, and warehousing to address quality issues and implement improvements. • Provide internal team training on quality standards, best practices, and applicable regulations, reinforcing a quality culture. • Participate in continuous improvement projects using tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, or Total Quality Management to optimize processes and reduce waste or defects. • Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards applicable to personnel involved in quality operations. • Ensure documented procedures are followed per organizational standards and regulatory requirements. • Conduct internal quality audits to assess the status of the management system and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. • Promote a healthy, collaborative, and respectful work environment aligned with the company’s values and organizational culture. **Position Requirements** Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production, or related fields. • Preferred background in Quality Management Systems, internal auditing, BPM, or ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22000). 1–3 years of experience in quality roles, quality assurance, or management systems. • Experience in manufacturing plants for packaging, food, or industrial processing.
