**IMPORT/EXPORT ASSISTANT / ANALYST**
REQUIREMENTS
**Required Skills and Knowledge**:
B.A. in International Trade or B.A. in International Business
* Knowledge of international trade and customs legal framework (Customs Law, General Rules of Foreign Trade).
* Familiarity with non-tariff regulations and restrictions (NOMs, permits, notifications).
* Experience in tariff classification and risk analysis.
* Knowledge of IMMEX programs and IVA/IEPS certifications (preferred).
* Proficiency in INCOTERMS and coordination of international logistics (maritime, air, and land).
* Interaction with and management of customs brokers and freight forwarders.
* Logistics cost analysis and supplier evaluation.
* ERP system experience (preferred: Annex 24\).
* Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).
* **Conversational English mandatory**

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate end-to-end import operations.
· Supervise customs entries and validate foreign trade documentation.
· Review and safeguard supporting documentation.
· Monitor return deadlines for temporary imports.
· Manage IMMEX programs and customs inventory control.
· Maintain communication with customs brokers and internal departments.
· Track incidents and monitor transit times.
Control logistics costs, prepare reports, and support audits.

Salary = MXN 20,000 pre-tax, plus 4% food vouchers, plus 3% savings fund
100% IMSS coverage
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
