Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant with experience in electricity, plumbing, welding, and general mechanics to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities 2. Assist in cleaning and disinfecting areas and machinery 3. Collaborate with production to minimize downtime **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, ELECTRICITY, MECHANICS OR RELATED FIELD** **REQUIREMENTS** * Electricity * Plumbing * Basic welding * General mechanics * Familiarity with compressors, refrigeration systems, or boilers is desirable. * Basic knowledge of electric and manual tools. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on production equipment, electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations * Assist in cleaning and disinfecting maintenance areas and machinery after interventions * Record completed work, replacement parts used, and downtime in logs or forms * Verify the operation of equipment such as compressors, pumps, motors, exhaust fans, refrigeration systems, etc. * Immediately report any detected failures or anomalies to the Maintenance Supervisor * Collaborate with the production department to minimize downtime * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace (5S) **WE OFFER** * **MXN 12,480.00 Monthly Gross Salary (payment exclusively via BBVA)** * **MXN 1,000 Food Vouchers** * **100% Free On-site Cafeteria** * Statutory Benefits * Punctuality and Attendance Bonuses * Profit Sharing * **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM** **WORK LOCATION: ZAPOPAN, JALISCO,** **LOCATED BETWEEN AV.
