Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to record accounting entries, manage accounts payable, and validate Digital Fiscal Receipts (CFDI) for the largest laundry chain in Latin America. Due to our expansion, we are looking for your talent as: Accounting Assistant Responsibilities: • Record outgoing accounting entries—including accruals and payments—in CONTPAQi Accounting. • Manage the full accounts payable cycle—from invoice receipt and validation through supplier payment tracking. • Validate Digital Fiscal Receipts (CFDI) and ensure their accurate integration into the accounting system. • Download, organize, and securely store XML files from the SAT portal. • Maintain an orderly and up-to-date document control system. • Support reconciliations and review accounting information related to expenditures.
