Ensure the supply of supplies and services A reputable medical equipment distribution company is seeking: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Profile: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. * 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Basic English proficiency (desirable) * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills * Willingness to travel Responsibilities: * Prepare, compile, and manage documentation, reports, files, and administrative follow-up for General Management. * Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, reservations, per diems, and expense verification for executives. * Ensure the supply of supplies and services; handle incoming calls, visitors, suppliers, and internal requests. Benefits: * Gross monthly salary: $12,000 * Full statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers (starting from the 3rd month) * Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2-hour lunch break); occasional Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
