Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and preservation of hotel facilities and equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities
2. Ensure the good condition of common areas and workspaces
3. Coordinate and monitor suppliers
Guarantee the optimal operation, safety, and preservation of the hotel's facilities, systems, and equipment; establish and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for facilities, equipment, and work areas, ensuring their proper operation and preservation.
Requirements
Minimum education: Degree in Maintenance Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of general maintenance experience in the hospitality industry.
Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, and masonry.
Knowledge of applicable NOM standards for these areas.
Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, elevator, electric lock, swimming pool, and emergency power plant systems.
Ability to perform physical labor.
Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and teamwork.
Flexibility in working hours.
Supervises personnel.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities.
Perform basic repairs in electricity, plumbing, and finishes.
Ensure the good condition of common areas and workspaces.
Provide technical support to various hotel departments.
Monitor and coordinate with suppliers.
Comply with safety and hygiene regulations.
