Branch Product Coordinator

TTI, Inc., is in search of a **Branch Product Coordinator** for our Mexico Global Resource Center located in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role provides support to various internal stakeholders based on established activities. ***What our Branch Product Coordinator do:*** * Manage the renewal of supplier and distributor agreements, ensuring that terms are up to date. * Track and coordinate the renewal of design registrations, ensuring continued access to special pricing and supplier support for registered designs. * Assist in renewing quote buy agreements, ensuring pricing and contract terms are reviewed and aligned with customer and supplier expectations. Maintain records of quote buy agreements, ensuring timely follow\-up and renewals as needed. * Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and updating system records to ensure accuracy and consistency. * Provide clerical support, such as organizing documentation and managing correspondence related to product management activities. * Collaborates and develop effective and efficient remote work communication with the Branch product team. **What we look for:** * Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. * Capable of learning and retaining working knowledge of product lines and services and company policies, procedures, and computer systems. * Ability to perform alpha and numeric filing, and data entry. * Ability to read and comprehend general instructions, correspondence, and memos. * Possesses strong problem\-solving and organizational skills. * Ability to use the computer system proficiently. * Knowledge of, or the ability to learn company product lines, services, policies, and procedures. * Must have good telephone etiquette and ability to write routine business correspondence. * Ability to type 40 words per minute. * Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications at the beginning level, including Excel. * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure. * Able to compute rate, ratios, and percentages. **What we offer our team members:** * Savings Fund 8% * 30 days Christmas bonus. * $2000 MXN Food Vouchers * 40% Vacation premium * Major Medical Insurance coverage for Employee and dependents. * Life Insurance coverage for Employee. * Hybrid work model. * Ongoing training throughout your employment with opportunities to participate in professional and personal development programs * Great culture and opportunities for growth and advancement.
