**Education** Technical degree or bachelor's degree in: * Logistics * Administration * Industrial Engineering * Supply Chain or related field **Experience** 2 to 4 years in: * Raw materials warehouses * Inventory management * Personnel supervision * Manufacturing **Knowledge** * ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Intelisis or similar) * Inventory control * FIFO / PEPS * Good Storage Practices * Forklift operation * KPI indicators * Industrial safety * Intermediate Excel **Job Objective** To supervise and control the receipt, storage, picking, and supply of raw materials, ensuring compliance with quality, inventory, safety, and delivery time standards to guarantee uninterrupted production. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations of the raw materials warehouse. * Coordinate material receipt and inspection based on purchase orders and specifications. * Verify proper storage according to FIFO/PEPS and Good Storage Practices. * Ensure timely supply of raw materials to production. * Manage physical inventories and system records in ERP. * Track inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. * Supervise compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards. * Coordinate operational staff within the department. * Monitor warehouse KPIs (inventory accuracy, picking times, shrinkage, etc.). * Participate in internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with quality procedures and policies. * Manage incidents related to damaged, missing, or expired materials. * Prepare operational and administrative reports for the department.
