




Job Summary: On-site Technical Support is required to provide support and resolve user queries or information requests, perform software installation and updates, and operate computer systems. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment Requirements for On-site Technical Support: * Age: 18 to 38 years * Gender: Unrestricted * Marital Status: Not specified * Education: Technical degree, university-level technical diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field * Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable experience as a technical support specialist and/or in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment * English proficiency desirable Provide support and resolve user queries or information requests—both internal and external—perform software installation and updates, and operate the computer systems and devices required to serve clients effectively. Perform and supervise data backups according to defined schedules; conduct and assist in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems. Corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment; software updates and installation; printer knowledge; high service orientation toward users and senior management. Verifiable experience in user support and diagnosis of computer equipment and peripherals; service-oriented attitude.
