At Eni, we are looking for a **Global Health Coordinator** within **Eni Mexico, S.de R.L. de C.V.** in Villahermosa, Mexico. You will ensure the effective implementation and development of Eni’s health management system and company standards in the areas of community health and health promotion. You will be responsible for defining, developing, monitoring and evaluating community health initiatives in line with corporate directives, while supporting collaboration with local health institutions and scientific partners. **About Eni Mexico** Eni Mexico has been a key player in the exploration and hydrocarbon development sector since 2006\. We provide a supportive and inclusive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to be part of innovative energy projects that contribute to a fair energy transition. **Main responsibilities:** * Ensure the application and development of the health management system and company standards for community health and health promotion within the area of competence. * Define, develop, monitor, and evaluate community health initiatives and health promotion activities in accordance with these functions. Support relationships with local health institutions and the scientific partners involved. * Oversee and monitor programme effectiveness, conduct trend analysis, provide recommendations, and improve the efficiency of occupational medicine and global health programmes for the area of expertise in line with Eni standards and directives. * Participate in defining, implementing, and assessing the health impacts of industrial activities on community health. * Support the maintenance of the health reporting system, analyse related performance indicators, and ensure the use of health applications (SEGMENT, HPC, HEIS, etc.). * Support the activities of the Health Manager and maintain the necessary functional links for relevant aspects. * Work closely with the competent units of HR, Sustainability, and HSE functions on issues of common interest. * Monitor developments in national and international legislation on matters of competence. * Promote the dissemination of knowledge, culture, and best practices in the relevant areas. **Skills and experience required:** * Degree and/or specialisation in public health and/or management of health and public systems. * Training in Health Impact Assessments, Health Management Systems, HSE courses. * Experience in managing health systems, with particular reference to health management and public health. * At least five years of experience in managing public health initiatives. * Experience interacting with HR services, HSE, procurement, and contractor management. * Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment. **How to apply:** * Applications are only accepted through our online application system. * Please upload your CV in English. **About Eni** Eni is a global energy company operating in 61 Countries, with over 30,000 employees.
