Position: Recruiter Location: Downtown Guadalajara Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field (completed or incomplete). Minimum 2 years’ experience as a recruiter for Operational and Administrative personnel. General knowledge of Human Resources processes. Preparation of personnel files and contracts. Workplace climate, leave requests, administrative minutes, hiring, resignations, etc. Proficiency in various recruitment and personnel selection platforms.
