We Are Looking For: Computer and Telephony Equipment Repair Technician for the MACSTORE MIDTOWN branch. Profile: Completed high school / technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telephony repair. Passion for customer service and attention. Residence near the workplace. Responsibilities: Provide first- and second-level support to Apple users. Personalized service and issue resolution. Follow-up on completed services. Promotion and placement of additional services. Achievement of performance metrics and indicators. We Offer: Base monthly salary: $9,900.00 gross. Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification. Benefits and perks exceeding legal requirements.
