Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma tools. Support the optimization of human, material, and machinery resources. Collect and analyze production data to generate reports and performance indicators. Prepare technical reports and progress presentations. Provide technical and operational support for engineering and process optimization projects. Coordinate movements and relocations of equipment or workstations within the layout. Conduct audits to ensure layout and process efficiency. Collaborate with various departments to meet quality, safety, and EHS standards. Requirements: Completed Industrial Engineering degree. Basic English proficiency. Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD. No prior experience required. Skills: Effective communication. Proactivity. Teamwork. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
