




Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect to serve as a Construction Technical Assistant in Guadalajara, performing administrative tasks, document control, and material support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in administrative activities and document control for construction projects 2. Support in material requisition and subcontractor administration 3. Preparation of change order documents and proficiency in AutoCAD and Office A construction company based in Guadalajara is seeking a CIVIL ENGINEER and/or ARCHITECT to join its team as a Construction Technical Assistant. Responsibilities: - Assist with on-site administrative activities. - Support document control for deliverables generated during project execution. - Support and manage material, machinery, and/or tool requisitions. - Assist in subcontractor administration. - Prepare change order documents for additional and/or extraordinary work. - Support technical and labor workforce activity control on site. - Collect personal documentation from on-site workers. Qualifications and Skills: - Preparation of change order documents. - Support to the Site Resident Engineer. - Support in proper use of construction materials. - Proficiency in AUTOCAD and OFFICE software. Requirements: Professional appearance, flexible working hours, responsibility, initiative, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, punctuality, honesty, and professionalism.
