The Corteva Internship Program is designed for students seeking to join a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative professional environment within a leading company in the agricultural sector. **What the program offers** * Participation in real-world projects with business impact. * Development of technical and professional skills. * Mentorship from expert leaders in agriculture, science, and technology. * Integration into multidisciplinary teams. * Experience with a global leader in agriculture. * Exposure to cutting-edge agricultural technologies and digital solutions. * A collaborative professional environment focused on sustainability and innovation. * Opportunities for professional growth within the organization. **General program features**: * Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco. * Format: Hybrid. * Duration: Up to 2 years. * Schedule: Part-time (30 hours per week) / Aligned with academic availability. * Benefits: Monthly stipend + Additional benefits (Year-end bonus, Savings fund, Grocery vouchers, Vacation bonus, Life insurance, Major medical expense insurance). * Requirement: Active enrollment at a university. **Position responsibilities**: * Development of data management tools. * Maintenance of existing data management and analysis tools. * Analysis of EHS information trends. * Providing support to LATAM site EHS technicians for data queries and information management. * Development and updating of KPI dashboards for sites / BU / Region. **Required skills and competencies**: * Academic background: Computer Systems Engineering, Data Management Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Language: English desirable; Portuguese desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI. * Skills including proactivity, service orientation, strong sense of responsibility, among others.
