Job Summary: A leading company seeks a Fixer/Producer with proven field experience to solve problems and lead audiovisual production, combining logistics and creativity. Key Highlights: 1. A major company is seeking a FIXER/PRODUCER: \* Bachelor's degree in Communication, Audiovisual Production, Digital Media, Film, or related field. \* Courses/workshops in: \* Audiovisual production management \* Art direction / basic set design \* Project management (Scrum, PMP or similar, even in abbreviated form) Important: Real-world field experience and problem-solving ability matter more than academic credentials. \* 3–5 years of audiovisual production experience (agencies, production houses, media, freelance). Compensation exceeding statutory requirements \* Experience in: \* Location scouting (negotiation and permits). \* Coordination of crew and extras during shoots. \* Project budget management (basic numerical control). \* Full logistics: transportation, catering, setup/teardown. \* Aesthetic supervision (props, art, staging support). Key competencies (hard & soft skills) \* Problem solving → ability to improvise solutions on set. \* Operational leadership → directing crew without constant supervision. \* Negotiation → with vendors, locations, and collaborators. \* Applied creativity → contributing viable ideas, not just operational ones. \* Aesthetic vision → eye for props, staging, and supporting the Director of Photography. \* Effective communication → with directors, crew, clients, and guests. \* Proactive, autonomous, solves issues without waiting for instructions. \* Structured, yet capable of improvising. \* Good interpersonal skills with diverse people: technicians, guests, clients. \* Enjoys both logistics and creativity (not just one or the other). \* Education: Communication / Audiovisual / Film + practical workshops.
