Loan portfolio management **Job Description:** A leading FINANCIAL institution is seeking personnel for the position of **EXECUTIVE ADVISOR.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education. * One year of experience in customer service, promotion and placement of financial services and/or products, administrative controls, or sales. * Teamwork skills. * Valid documentation. **Job Responsibilities** Provide service to Members, Minor Savers, and the general public regarding the products, services, and promotions offered by the Cooperative. **Functions:** * Advise and provide information to Members, Minor Savers, and the general public in accordance with the established customer service protocol. * Promote credit and savings products, as well as additional services and benefits offered by the Society to members and the general public. * Prepare and document account opening files for adults and minors, compiling documentation as stipulated in the Savings Manual. * Propose alternatives to members to encourage their continued membership in the Society. * Promote and monitor branch-activated promotions. * Advise members on credit application requirements and account management. * Process credit applications in accordance with current policies and members’ needs, providing follow-up until disbursement. * Submit monthly signed Credit Bureau inquiry authorization letters, attaching copies of identification documents for each inquiry conducted. * Submit credit files for review, analysis, and approval. * Process partial withdrawals or account closures. * Manage assigned loan recovery portfolio, applying procedures outlined in the Credit Portfolio Recovery Manual. * Document and keep the immediate supervisor informed of progress on assigned programs and activities to achieve objectives. * Serve as a Loan Officer in accordance with delegated authority. * Support various activities contributing to achieving branch objectives. **We offer benefits exceeding statutory requirements:** * 50% vacation bonus. * 30 days’ year-end bonus. * 10% food vouchers. * Life insurance. * Continuous training. * Weekly payroll.
