Customer service orientation and decision-making Expendio Tradición is seeking a **Restaurant Manager** with proven experience in comprehensive restaurant operations, team leadership, and operational control. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor. * Experience in **shift opening and closing**. * Availability for **flexible schedules**. * Knowledge of **restaurant operations**. * Experience in **mise en place**. * Staff management (kitchen, dining room, and bar). * Inventory, shrinkage, and cost control. * Customer service orientation. * Leadership, organization, and decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the restaurant’s daily operations. * Coordinate staff and ensure task execution. * Verify proper execution of mise en place. * Conduct shift openings and closings. * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and service standards. * Support scheduling administration and operational performance tracking. Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
