Be EPIC. **Position: PMS Manager** We are seeking an experienced and strategically focused PMS Manager to join our Technology Solutions team. This role is critical to ensuring the performance, stability, security, and continuous improvement of PMS, POS, SPA, and S&C systems, as well as their integrations. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure optimal performance of PMS, POS, SPA, and S&C systems; * Audit IT operational practices and ensure compliance with standards. * Lead testing, implementations, and project documentation. * Serve as the primary point of contact with vendors. * Gather business requirements and align them with technical solutions. * Support the PMO during initiation and planning phases. * Ensure smooth transition of projects into operations. * Maintain system procedures and documentation. * Provide Level II support and user training. * Conduct daily monitoring and configuration reviews. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Minimum 4 years of IT management experience in the hospitality industry. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Experience with multiple PMS platforms. * Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. * Solid understanding of hotel operational processes. * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with SAP solutions (TMS, TMSforPOS).
