Worked closely with other departments to keep turnover and absenteeism among the lowest in the region. Supported pre\-payroll activities, employee transportation, cafeteria services, and ensured compliance with administrative guidelines for the proper management and safeguarding of employee records. What is required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or Organizational Psychology. 4 years of experiences in a related position, knowledge HR Process, Headcount 1500\+ experience **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or Organizational Psychology. 4\+ years of experience in a related position.
