Req ID: 77155 **Description** --------------- Responsible for providing technical support in the maintenance, diagnosis, and improvement of electronic equipment used in operational processes. Participate in failure analysis activities, indicator tracking, technical documentation, and continuous improvement projects, working collaboratively with production, engineering, and maintenance teams. This position emphasizes professional development within the department, with a focus on technical growth and progressive mastery of specialized equipment. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on electronic equipment under supervision. Diagnose basic faults in electronic systems, circuit boards, modules, sensors, and associated devices. Document findings, repairs, and actions taken in internal systems. Support implementation of technical improvements and root cause analysis. Participate in installation, configuration, and validation of new equipment or electronic upgrades. Conduct functional tests and verify equipment performance after maintenance. Comply with safety, quality procedures, and internal departmental guidelines. Collaborate with engineering on automation projects, problem resolution, and equipment optimization. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. Fundamental knowledge of analog and digital electronics and measurement principles. Ability to interpret electronic schematics and technical manuals. Basic proficiency with measurement instruments: multimeter, power supply, oscilloscope (basic concepts). Basic knowledge of problem-solving techniques and analytical methodologies. Teamwork ability, effective communication, and good organizational skills. **Preferred Experience and Skills** -------------------------------------- Internships or prior experience in electronic maintenance, technical support, or manufacturing. Desirable knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, sensors, or automation. Basic experience with laboratory testing and diagnostic equipment. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 5S, TPM). Ability to perform basic data analysis related to equipment failures and performance.
