Position Objective Deliver an exceptional bar experience, ensuring quality, consistency, inventory control, and warm service that elevates the customer experience. Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a bartender. * Excellent professional appearance. * Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail making. * Extensive knowledge of national and international spirits. * Specialized knowledge of Mexican spirits (mezcal, tequila, sotol, etc.). * Ability to recommend cocktails and execute *perfect serve*. * Inventory management and control. * Strict adherence to recipes, technical sheets, and operational protocols. * Customer service and hospitality focus.
