Responsible for leading the organization's financial strategy, ensuring real-time information management for decision-making and proper resource administration. This position plays a key role in financial planning, internal control, regulatory compliance, process optimization, and ensuring corporate stability and regulatory adherence. **Profile Requirements:** \- Higher education degree (Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting). \- Advanced English proficiency. \- Age: 30\-50 years old. \- Minimum 3\-5 years of verifiable experience. \- Professional appearance. \- Gender: Unrestricted. \- Strong verbal communication skills. \- Advanced proficiency in financial tools. **Strategic Responsibilities:** \- Special project management: development, coordination, launch, and evaluation. \- High-level logistics: planning and execution of dynamic schedules. \- Submission of periodic progress reports. \- Oversight of various departments (procurement, payroll, accounting, treasury, etc.). \- Ensuring compliance with tax, accounting, and labor obligations. \- Implementation of internal controls. \- Prevention of financial risks through analytical reporting and planning. \- Cash flow management. \- Availability and problem resolution. **Skills:** **Results-oriented.** **Leadership.** **Negotiation.** **Working under pressure.** **Verbal and written communication.** **People management.** **We Offer:** \- Attractive salary (performance-based). \- Statutory benefits. \- Direct exposure to decision-making. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.
