Personnel management and management systems (ISO, Lean Manufacturing). **Plant Coordination** **Mission:** Coordinate, schedule, and control production activities to ensure timely, high-quality, cost-effective, and safe fulfillment of the production schedule and overall project planning, optimizing available resources and ensuring compliance with the organization’s Integrated Management System requirements. Requirements * Age: 30 to 50 years. * Marital Status: Not specified. * Gender: Not specified. * Education Level: Engineering / Bachelor’s Degree. * Work Experience: Personnel management, production scheduling, SAP, quality tools. Experience in handling tools and machinery including: * Scheduling management, operational control, and discipline. * Development and monitoring of daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. * Analysis of productive areas’ performance, identification of improvement opportunities, and assurance of key performance indicator compliance. * Quality, safety, and environmental management. * Ensuring compliance with Integrated Management System procedures. * Efficiency and continuous improvement. * Continuous analysis of departmental quality objectives using quality tools and proposing improvements. * Coordination with HR regarding authorized absences, unexcused absences, vacations, overtime, equipment assignments, personal protective equipment (PPE), and uniforms for personnel under supervision. * Regulatory compliance. Skills: * Metal-mechanical manufacturing processes. * Welding processes. * ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems. * Industrial safety and risk control. * Administrative/operational personnel management. * Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen. * Reading and interpreting technical data sheets and workshop drawings.
