Coordinate and lead the payroll team At Grupo PIXCA, we are seeking: Payroll Manager Responsible for supervising and ensuring the proper management of the payroll process, guaranteeing accurate payments and compliance with labor and tax regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process (weekly, biweekly). * Accurately calculate salaries, severance payments, settlements, payroll incidents, and benefits. * Manage and control IMSS affiliation movements (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). * Prepare and review employer-employee contribution quotas. * Ensure compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations. * Address and resolve client inquiries related to payroll, IMSS, and benefits. * Coordinate and lead the payroll team, fostering a collaborative work environment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Solid knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and SUA. * Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up capabilities. * Results-oriented mindset with strict adherence to processes. **We Offer:** * Gross base salary of 17,000 * Statutory benefits * 5% savings fund * Cafeteria * Uniforms Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
