Optimization of logistics costs and resources **Reputable Food Trading Company seeks: Logistics Analyst.** Position Objective: Plan, coordinate, and supervise food product transportation operations to ensure timely, safe, and efficient deliveries while complying with quality, food safety, and food security standards, and optimizing costs and resources. **Responsibilities:** * Planning and control of load schedules for multiple 3PL providers * Assignment of vehicles and transport services for scheduled deliveries (license plate dispatch) * 24/7 cargo tracking and delivery monitoring * Review of receipt documents (receipt numbers) (receipt number vs. Spanish invoice) * Uploading evidence to NetSuite * Issuing purchase orders for transportation invoices * Approving and reviewing rejections * Reviewing transportation invoices (transportation invoice vs. transportation request) * Requesting credit notes and invoice cancellations (rejection notification) * Requesting overnight stays * Developing KPIs for tracking and efficiency of the Food Services and HoReCa channels * Coordinating transportation for special events * Validating delivery receipt numbers * Uploading delivery receipt numbers to NetSuite * Monitoring adherence to delivery timeframes and service level agreements * Handling transportation incidents, claims, and emergencies * Serving as backup to Transportation Coordinator 1 (Retail).
