This Position reports to: Quality Specialist **Accountabilities:** * Track RGA \& RMA area, in order to fulfill KPIs of the area. * Share quality alerts of customer complaints from quality investigations. * Support Concerns program in order to accomplish goals of the program and help to get customer satisfaction. * Keep records of the Quality Systems. **Activities:** * "Participate in 5´s Program as auditor or area owner when required. Do weekly audits per schedule. * Control RGAs Inventory by keeping tracking file updated * Provide to Auditor reworking plan based on schedule. * Track shipment of reworked material. * Upload Quality Concerns reported by people in Gensuite. * Upload manually Continuous Improvement Tasks in PPS. * Participate with Customer Quality Engineer in quality investigations at production lines, regarding customer's complaints. * Support Customer Service Activities by collecting spare parts replacements and FOC (Free of Cost) orders and assuring delivering in shipping area. * Develop Quality Alerts generated by Quality Investigations led by Customer Service. * Register Scrap generated by Replacement Orders \& by Reworking Area. * Share CI, QA Concerns \& RGA Inventory tracking files develop by Customer Service."
