Positive work environment and telephone equipment support. **Position:** Group Loan Advisor / Loan Promoter **Work Mode:** 90% fieldwork / 10% office-based **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Flexible schedule according to operational needs) **Job Objective:** Promote portfolio growth and profitability through the promotion, disbursement, and recovery of group loans, ensuring appropriate client follow-up and target achievement. **Responsibilities:** * Promotion and disbursement of group loans * File compilation and follow-up * Client service and follow-up * Weekly group visits for payment management * Information verification and feasibility analysis * Collection management in case of delinquency * Achievement of targets and performance indicators * Submission of daily reports * Development of strategies for portfolio growth **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in sales, fieldwork, or loan disbursement (preferred) * Basic Excel proficiency * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation * Results-oriented mindset and frustration tolerance **We Offer:** * Base salary: $9,600 * Meal vouchers: $960 * Transportation allowance: $2,029 * Uncapped incentives * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Life insurance * Sales contests * Excellent work environment * Telephone equipment **Average monthly income exceeding $12,000 \- $15,000** Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
