Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with experience in plumbing, air conditioning, sanitary ware, painting, and general maintenance to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks on water dispensers. General maintenance experience **POSITION: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed secondary school * Experience: 6 months * Tool knowledge * Maintenance knowledge: plumbing, air conditioning, sanitary ware, painting, general maintenance * Valid driver's license **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform maintenance on water dispensers: internal and external cleaning. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM Availability to work every other Sunday. **WE OFFER:** * Daily salary: $445.00, weekly take-home pay: $2,518.00 * IMSS registration with actual salary * All statutory benefits * Weekly food vouchers ($231.00) * Savings fund (7%) * Life insurance * Birthday off with pay * Monthly performance bonus * Quarterly and annual performance awards * Retention bonus ($250.00 pre-tax, weekly for 20 weeks) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $12,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
