Job Summary: We are seeking a service-oriented auto claims adjuster to assist insured individuals, verify insurance policies, investigate accidents, and assess vehicle damage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance to insured individuals after an accident 2. Accident investigation and evidence collection 3. Vehicle damage assessment AUTO CLAIMS ADJUSTER LOCATION: Salina Cruz and Juchitán, OAXACA **REQUIRED PROFILE:** Customer service orientation, strong communication skills, negotiation ability, responsibility, and professional appearance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Attend to insured individuals at the accident scene following an accident or loss. · Verify the insurance policy, confirming coverage, validity, and applicable terms. · Investigate the loss by gathering information, statements, photographs, and accident evidence. · Assess vehicle damage, estimating repair costs or determining total loss. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Education: Incomplete or completed undergraduate degree · Prior experience in claims adjusting preferred · Valid claims adjuster license preferred · Registered with the Tax Administration Service (SAT) · Availability for rotating shifts (day and night) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** · Fee-based contract · Estimated Fee Amount: $28,000 **WORK SCHEDULE:** · Any day of the week Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $27,500.00 \- $28,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
