**Description** **Position: HSEQ Coordinator** **Location:** El Espinal, Oaxaca **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm **Responsibilities:** * HSEQ professional specialized in coordinating prevention programs and actions, implementing risk control measures to ensure service quality, protect the health of human capital, and guarantee compliance with regulations regarding safety, environment, and quality. * Responsible for developing and maintaining documentation required for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications, as well as planning, leading, and managing periodic departmental meetings to ensure strategic objectives are met. * Experience in coordinating HSEQ teams and supervisors, reviewing quality and safety plans according to current regulations and international standards, and monitoring compliance with national regulatory standards (STPS, SEMARNAT, Civil Protection). * Strong ability in analyzing and closing non-conformities, conducting internal and external audits, implementing management systems, and strengthening organizational safety culture. **Key Knowledge and Competencies** * Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) * STPS, SEMARNAT, and Civil Protection regulations * Risk management and operational control * Development and maintenance of management system documentation * Internal / external HSEQ audits * Management of non-conformities and corrective actions * Coordination of HSEQ teams and field supervision * Continuous improvement and safety culture **Skills** * Leadership and team coordination * Effective communication and negotiation * Technical analysis and decision-making * Organization and strategic planning * Focus on compliance and continuous improvement Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Benefits: * Savings fund * Company phone * Free uniforms Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Master's degree (Required) Experience: * People coordination: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: * GWO (Required) Travel availability: * 50% (Required) Workplace: On-site position
