Overview: International Data Corporation (IDC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Project Manager** to support our Research \& Data organization charter, mobilize and deliver on its strategic programs and projects. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while coordinating with local and international stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead cross\-functional projects from initiation through delivery, and flexible with working hours to accommodate working with stakeholders in different time zones. This role will be a remote role with a preferred location of Mexico City, and will report to the Director, Programs. Responsibilities: * Lead end\-to\-end project management activities, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and delivery * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations * Coordinate cross\-functional teams * Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reports * Identify risks and issues proactively; develop mitigation and contingency plans * Ensure projects comply with internal standards, quality requirements, and local regulations * Facilitate project meetings, retrospectives, and post\-project evaluations * Manage change requests and ensure alignment with business objectives * Track KPIs and project performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field * 3–5\+ years of project management experience (industry\-dependent) * Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills * High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem\-solving ability * Professional working proficiency in English (required for international collaboration) * Experience working with distributed or global teams * Experience working in or with Americas and global markets * Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.) * Preference with Project Management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent)
